# Mint price The Mint Price has been set at 0.075 $ETH to allow for approximately two year runway for the project. It also allows for a fair payment for the artists which is something we are very keen to promote. We firmly believe that The DPS Gen 1 artwork will be the seminal collection on Arbitrum Nova and has artwork that tells a story. Even without [Voyaging](/the-damned-pirates-society/voyaging.md) or the [Pirateverse (alpha build)](/the-damned-pirates-society/pirateverse-alpha-build.md) the profile picture is the value alone. We aim to be the BAYC of Arbitrum.
