PROGRESSION

The goal in the game's current state is to get enough doubloons to upgrade your flagship(s) while we introduce more utility for doubloons.

As a new pirate you will get rekt by going on legendary voyages, so make sure you attempt a voyage appropriate for your stage in the game.

As the Pirateverse expands, expect more skills, activities, quests and more ways to progress in the game.

Level recommendations:

Easy Voyages

Great for new pirates, don't need flagship upgrades.

Recommended using 1 support sloop.

Medium Voyages

Recommended Flagship level 4 in all areas.

3 caravels as support ships.

Hard Voyages

Recommended Flagship level 7 in all areas

4 support galleons.

Legendary Voyages

Max upgraded flagship.

5 support galleons.

Lower skill pirates should stick to these recommendations more closely than higher skill pirates, who will be able to advance more quickly.
